Refund Policy

Because the product is a digital download, refunds are generally not available once the file has been delivered.

Replacement

If your file is corrupted, fails to download, or is materially different from what was advertised, contact us within 30 days at hello@foundposter.com and we will replace it immediately at no additional charge.

Refund

If the file cannot be replaced or fixed, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

Bundles

If you purchased a bundle and one of the included posters has issues, we will replace the affected files at no charge.
